9 a.m. Interactive workshops in small groups on how Now Gens deal with ESG challenges to create a sustainable future for the next generations. In this context, we get the opportunity to listen to the testimonies of the brothers Didier and Cédric Engels (G3 Engels) on how the Now Gens saved the family business, with the theme “Everything will be ok in the end. If it’s not ok, it’s not the end” - John Lennon ; as well as Caroline Thijssen (G5 Etex) on Etex Sustainable Journey with zoom on the acceleration & the governance.
